Heaven is where?

Food. It's a fascinating subject for me. I like to post about it.

Yesterday I got up early, worked out, and came home and made banana bread. It is good :) Yesterday's dinner, broiled salmon, with mustard-dill cream sauce (using the mustard I made last year for Christmas)., broccoli, & garlic fries (trader joes, reminiscent of the ones we had in Gilroy, CA.

Today. I finished my first knitting project, a stuffed horse. (Kit a gift from Sarah). I'm now thinking of creating some hair bandannas, as my favorite one was lost forever on Mackinac Island.

Dinner, Heaven on Seven - a cup of gumbo, and we split the Mardi Gras platter, ribs, jerk chicken wings, chicken bites with butter-hot sauce, jalapeno corn bread with honey-jalapeno sauce, crab cakes, and some egg rolls. Needless to say, all was not eaten. Came home and watched Stacy . Hours later, enjoyed fried ice cream and Guatemalan coffee. A decadent day indeed.
