Colonial House Part II

Getting bleaker. Between rancid meat and archaic laws, I wonder what the priority of the project was. To be successful or to be authentic. The profanity, blasphemy, sabbath laws, etc, seemed to be causing less work to get done than anything else (as shown by the abolishment of sabbath punishment). I wonder, in that day and age, if the lack of common sense and the isolation people must have felt witnessing the real punishments being carried out did anything positive for the community.

On the show, I wonder if they ventured into trying to make goat cheese? What a great skill these people have gained, being able to build a house as they did.

Dinner tonight: Guatemalan. Dessert was Rellenitos, man were they good
