Hickory is my friend

Yup, more food.


We made fajitas tonight - I marinated the beef in lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, and Penzey's Fajita Seasoning. We grilled the meat, onions & greens peppers. I also made some guacamole, which was unfortunately heavy on the lime. All in all, it was incredible.
