And what I hate...


Being such a dumb ass that I forget that I roasted something in the pan I need to use to make sauce, and grab the handle moments after it came out of the 400+ degree oven.


Actually, the burn is better today - last night it was unbearable. I actually took some Ibuprofen (which I never do), and to fall asleep, I had to wrap it in a wet towel. (Pain that made my wisdom teeth coming out look like nothing, although, I had some real pain killers for that). Today, I don't even have much in the way of blistering, it's just a bit sensitive.
