Having a digital camera is so much fun - it's the height of instant gratification.


No developing? Who would have thought. Unfortunately, being winter, and without the snow, subjects are a little hard to come by. I can't keep waiting for the next deer carcass to come around, you know? So, until next summer when we are infiltrated by exotic bugs, I've broadened the Nature album to include birds.

We moved our Living room to the Great Room, so we could spread out, and put the music/equipment into the living room.


Living room is a little empty feeling, but the great room (new living area), feels 100% better.


Nothing spectacular on the food front. Tried a new recipe though - sauteed chicken breasts, lemon/thyme sauce. Very good. I'm getting a craving for Gumbo ... need to do something about that. Actually what I really want is the Jerk Chicken Etouffee - need to get my hands on some good Jamaican Jerk Seasoning though - may be time for another Penzey's order.
