OK, up until now I've been counting the week change on Sunday, now that it's getting there, I'll count by Wednesday, as my due date falls on a Wednesday. I recently read somewhere only 5% of woman deliver on there due date, so I certainly don't expect to.
So today start week 36. About 4 weeks to go. I'm still not having Braxton Hicks (which is fine). I've started drinking Red Raspberry Leaf Tea. My aim is to get 3 cups in a day. I started with a package of it included as a "Pregnancy Tea". That's just about gone, so I picked up some bulk Red Raspberry Leaf. I expect it won't taste as good, but hopefully drinkable :) Red Raspberry Leaf is said to help strengthen the pelvic and uterine muscles so that once labor does start the muscles will be more efficient.
Everything was good and normal at yesterday's Dr. visit. I go back again in 2 weeks. I've gained 1 1/2 lbs. in the last month. I suspected I was counting wrong so I had them tell me where I was when I started. It turns out I've gained 11 1/2 since my first appt. A little low in my opinion, although I weighed more than I needed to when I started out, so that may have something to do with it. My appearance, energy, health & intuition tells us everything is going well, so we're not worrying about it. More people than not I meet do tell me I look small for being as far along as I am. (I still say it's the clothes!)
I went to a great Meetup yesterday morning. I enjoyed myself so much I nearly lost track of time and could have been late for my appt. :)
Tonight is the Holistic Moms Network meeting which should be pretty interesting.
The entire night before last & yesterday I was having a good amount of pain in my lower right ribs. Today they feel fine so I do suspect it was the baby in a spot comfy for him but not for me.
