No new photo sets tonight.

We've had a pretty restful weekend, not leaving the house because of the heat. Liam and I did walk up to get the mail Saturday, and were hounded by giant horse flies. They've been hanging out on our porch, and once you get out they start to buzz at you. While we were walking, they would circle us the entire way. I'm afraid it doesn't make us want to spend much time out there.

Liam had us cracking up at dinner Friday, when he takes a bite of grilled cheese, and then tells us "Sits, sits", and points out the chair he has created by taking a bite.

He is really enjoying my "horse" blanket (it is a blanket with the image of two horses on each side). I like to tell him that I had that blanket when I was a little girl. I think it may be the oldest thing I've kept of my own.

I've been sorting through pictures, trying to consolidate my archives, and come across a picture of myself, and I realize I look familiar! As of tonight, I have been able to see parts of Marc in Liam, but never myself. Now I think he looks a bit like I did when I was two (I'm afraid he has my ears too, poor baby). Here is a picture:
