L requested we call M (his cousin) tonight so he could talk to her. He didn't say much (Hi and Bye?), but I can tell he is really missing her. We're going back to MI in a few weeks and I am hoping we spend some extra time with our Ohio family.

Aunt Pat, I don't know if you read here, but I should have asked M. to put you back on before saying goodbye to her. I wanted to ask how you were and be a bit social there.

I printed off a picture of L, M & N at the Zoo, so he had a photo handy anytime he wanted to see them. The whole thing makes me think of how lucky we were to have our Aunts and cousins so close to us when we were growing up.



Tonight we brought out Uno for the first time and that was fun! L was looking for a new game (searching his cereal boxes for one inside), so I thought we'd give it a try. He did pretty good for his first try. We played a few rounds and he started getting tired (no nap today). He is eager to play again.

We got blackberries in this weeks CSA and I made a Blackberry Crisp last night. We went to the farmer's market this weekend and I picked up some mozzarella which I'm excited to try on pizza this week.
