I'm planning to smoke/grill a chicken tomorrow and make potato salad. Tonight I made pork country ribs, braised in garlic, onion, rosemary & chicken stock, saffron rice, & purple cauliflower. I also made a pan sauce with onion, garlic, & chicken stock. This was the best way I have ever had country ribs by far, and will probably never attempt to serve them with barbecue sauce again.
