Today (Memorial Day), it rained off and on and was a bit on the cooler side, so we skipped grilling today. I had brined the chicken (first time brining), in preparation for grilling, but it didn't hurt for roasting it in the oven. Corn on the cob and potato salad. It was a good holiday, despite Marc working. Luckily, he'll be having a 3 day "weekend".
Movies - we watched Frida last night, it was fabulous. Once you started watching, you didn't want to stop.
We also watched 3 Women. It was a little creepy, weird, and atmospheric. Almost slow-moving, but I really liked it. It stars Sissy Spacek & Shelley Duvall, who can be pretty disturbing to me anyways. I'm surprised I hadn't heard of or seen this movie before.
