To Michigan to visit family. It'll be a nice "test drive" for the car :)
Dinner:
Skillet Bratwurst & Sauerkraut. Oh, was this good. Brats browned in butter, then simmered in sauerkraut, grated carrot, apple, thinly sliced onions, a little dark drown sugar and chicken stock (homemade). Served with mashed potatoes (potatoes, salt, pepper, a little butter and buttermilk). This was made all the better by dinner being late, and the had to stay warm in the oven for a while.
The longer I'm married, the more I miss my man when I go away. And of course, our kitties.
