I'll sure be happy when it's raccoons going through my garbage, and not a half dozen human beings. I've been highly tempted to just spray the garbage with ammonia before I bag it and take it out, but I'm just too lazy to do it. (Or perhaps I'm afraid I'd feel guilty later?, Not likely!)
I believe this is the reason Chicago has just a rat problem - people going through the garbage, ripping bags open, and letting anything fall where it may. We might as well just be throwing all the garbage in a pile in the alley to make it easier for rats and humans alike.
On another note, I love the way the Troy High School looks.
