Last night we signed to portion of the contract asking for repairs. There are 14 items listed, and then we included the well be decontaminated, and it passing another water test. We have included all repairs dealing with the electric and plumbing be done by a licensed electrician/plumber, respectively. The Seller has 10 days to respond. Right now we have just less than 3 weeks till closing, so of course, I'm a little stressed :)
I've already requested the change of address, and today we got an additional night-stand for the master bedroom (we only had one). Shower liners, shower rings and 2 new toilet brushes.
