Well, we got our response to our repair list. They will repair all but the following:
The grading of the land (that leans to the house, allowing water to pool).
Reversing the on/off light switches (so the top doesn't say NO).
Making the vents flush with the wall.
They are stating the electrical wires in the attic exist at our (the Buyers) request, so as to be able to run electricity to the future garage.
We don't really mind the vents & light switches (I think we can handle those). The land grading will be something we have to correct, and I doubt it will be cheap. (Change the grading or install drainage).
We will ask for the wires to at least be bundles to the side, and really, we can also do this, I'd think.
We are still awaiting results for the new water test (so it is my understanding steps have been taken to decontaminate the well).
