You know you are a mama when you cannot find a pen in your purse to update your checkbook, but you have a crayon.

Note to self: Throw a pen in the purse.

As of yesterday, we have air conditioning again, and it is cold! We had a number issues corrected while we had the heat pump replaced, so our AC is working better and the heat will too, come winter.

Golde saw the vet today and it will take 10 days to get the culture back to find out if she has ringworm. Currently she is receiving an antibiotic and I'm applying an anti-fungal to her chin and ears. Her ears already show a marked improvement (thank goodness). My fear with the culture coming back positive is that the vet recommends a strong treatment in households with children, including shampoos and an oral anti-fungal. I understand and this is good, yet I really hate the idea of flooding the cats with all this medication. This would include treating Tevye, as he could be a carrier with no signs.

Liam and I had some fun today. We've been stuck in the house this week with AC work, so we went to our local park to hang out and play. We also had a nice walk tonight after dinner and he went to bed will minimal fuss.
