We hit a major milestone this weekend, well at least for me. Liam's car seat got turned around to forward facing. He's at or pretty darn close to the weight limit, so it is time. He loves it, but I'm still getting used to it. He has grown so fast it seems. He has started picking out books by name and helping us read his bedtime stories (that is, has memorized much).

We went to the local pumpkin place to look around today, and I've added a couple of pictures to September 2007. Also included is a picture of his "carrot teeth" and the one below. The pumpkin place was a little disappointing, but we did pick up a great (for free!) booklet from the Missouri Department of Conservation full of cut outs and fun information.

Liam absolutely loves Mac N' Cheese. Have I written about this? He loves it so much, I cannot say we are having until it is on the table, because he'll crawl into his seat and say Mac N' Cheese until it arrives. I like to complain that his veggie intake has gone down, but as Marc reminds me, he eats carrots, cucumbers and red peppers with gusto. I would just like to see him start eating broccoli again.

The above pictures is because it is getting so cool at night that L is now wearing woolies again when we get up. The weather has been perfect - cold at night and warm in the day. We spent some time outside this week with bowls of beans, chalk and picking flowers. Liam loves flowers. His favorite colors right now are pink and yellow. I hope he will always feel free to love the color pink.

Kissing the cat's heads has been a fun past time recently. Our "race car track" of laid out blankets on the floor has turned into a train track. We've been having so much fun. The best times are when we are both kinda bored and just try to make each other laugh. It doesn't take much when we are in the mood.

Every day I feel grateful that we get to do this. I feel like I am appreciating more moments every day than ever before.
Now I have to go, Liam is requesting his Peter Rabbit book...
