Reading a comment to my last post, I really wished I had known about Black Walnut Tincture. Alas, I don't have more than a few green hulled walnuts left it the yard. This is something I want to next year to be sure.

I have started noticing that Black walnuts are not recommended for those pregnant or nursing, it figures :)

L had some fun playing with friends at the park last week:

We're so fortunate to have this beautiful weather into October.

So, I am 10 weeks pregnant this week and it's finally starting to feel more real now. I'm been shy to post because it seemed so early, but now I'm feeling safer about that. I had a bit of nausea while we were still in Michigan, far more than I ever had the first time around. Since we've been home I'm just had a touch of it here and there, but nothing major. I have felt more tired and less patient overall, which I really hate and am trying hard to relax and maintain calmness.

L is very excited about the whole thing, and is really hoping for a little sister. We got some great books that talk about the whole process in an informative kid friendly way, and some about what it will be like to have a baby around. It seems such a far way a way and he is great with that. Some days he doesn't think about it much and some days he'll point something out and say "Our new baby needs that" or "Here's an apple slice for mama, and one for the baby".
