M goes back to work work after tomorrow. It'll be a hard adjustment, but I think getting back to "normal" will be good too. L has done great with F's arrival overall, although we've had a couple of brief tear filled episodes that were pretty heartbreaking. I've been working on spending more time with him, just doing whatever he wants. We've been reading Stuart Little in bed, and that works really well. Playing legos and cars on the floor works too. Me getting any computer time in does not work well at all.
It'll be good when I can get the three of us out to the park. I'm not sure how soon.. this week I overdid it and felt very set back on Thursday. All walking I did was extremely painful in my tear and surrounding region, so I've been back to taking it easy.
Last night we had out first night of 100% catches. There was even a time where I tried F on the pot and he didn't go. There was a 5 hour period between pees, which makes me think he's holding for a bit longer. The night before we had only 1 miss. Days are good, I'm catching more than missing. It's really a lot more fun than it sounds. I'm thrilled with how EC turned out with L, and will be with F as well, whatever the results. I will admit I'd love a repeat of early age dry at night.
